Crew Members
Work alongside our field teams to install, maintain, and improve commercial landscapes throughout Western New York. Crew Members perform a variety of hands-on outdoor work and help keep every project moving safely and efficiently.
Field Managers
Lead crews in the field while helping coordinate daily work, maintain quality standards, and keep projects on schedule. Field Managers serve as an important connection between our crews, clients, and operations team.
Sidewalk Crew Members
Help keep commercial properties safe and accessible during winter weather by clearing snow and treating sidewalks, entrances, and other pedestrian areas.
Heavy Equipment Operators
Operate snow removal equipment to clear parking lots, roadways, and other large commercial areas during winter storms. This role requires safe, dependable equipment operation in changing weather conditions.
Small Equipment Operators
Use smaller snow removal equipment to clear areas that require more precision than larger plow equipment can provide, helping ensure commercial properties remain accessible throughout a storm.
CDL Salt Truck Drivers
Operate commercial salt trucks to treat parking lots, roadways, and other paved surfaces for snow and ice. Drivers help maintain safe conditions across our commercial properties throughout winter weather events.
Lockport, NY | Full-Time | $18 – $20/hr

As a Landscape Crew Member in Lockport, NY, you’ll work alongside experienced crews maintaining office parks, healthcare facilities, retail centers, industrial properties, municipalities, and other commercial sites throughout the Buffalo region and Western New York. This is a great opportunity to build valuable skills, work with professional equipment, and grow your career with a company that promotes from within. Qualified team members may also have opportunities to transition into our Snow & Ice Management division during the winter season, creating the possibility of year-round employment.
Hilton, NY | Full-Time | $18 – $20/hr
If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful commercial landscapes, consider joining the R.M. Landscape team. As a Landscape Crew Member based in Hilton, NY, you’ll work alongside experienced crews maintaining office parks, healthcare facilities, retail centers, industrial properties, municipalities, educational campuses, and other commercial sites throughout the Rochester region and Western New York. This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable skills, work with professional landscaping equipment, and grow your career with a company that promotes from within. Qualified team members may also have opportunities to transition into our Snow & Ice Management division during the winter, creating the potential for employment year-round.

Manager opportunities begin with Landscape Production Supervisor, which is learning step before Landscape Production Manager. Our managers excel in both the Green Season and Snow Season. We also offer senior manager opportunities; we prefer to promote from within, however sometimes we are looking for the right talent to join our team as we continue to grow.
